 Spent 1 week at Hermes Hotel in October. Excellent from start to finish. Had a late transfer so arrived at 00:45 and was greeted by a lovely gentleman a reception. The hotel at left sandwiches and water in our room and although this was a lovely gesture we were just too tired to eat it. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection of cooked and continental as was the dinner in the evening. You have the option of eating outside next to the pool which was beautiful. The poolside bar was also excellent offering a selection of dishes (club sandwiches are out of this world). The staff are welcoming and helpful and greet you with a smile and hello no matter what time of day. The hotel was spotlessly clean and housemaids went out of there way to make sure you had clean towels and room everyday.
